Jess Aldridge, LPN
Jess’s journey into healthcare began in an unexpected way. After her undergraduate studies, she worked in management at Soma Intimates, where she formed meaningful connections with women undergoing breast cancer treatment. Supporting these patients through challenging moments inspired her to pursue a career dedicated to compassionate care, reinforcing her belief that healing extends well beyond the clinical setting.
She earned her Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certification and spent three years providing convalescence and critical care transport for hospice and intensive care patients. The experience strengthened her clinical skills while deepening her commitment to caring for patients during some of life’s most vulnerable moments.
Wanting to combine meaningful patient relationships with a dynamic clinical environment, Jess transitioned into dermatology. After working as a medical assistant in general dermatology, she discovered her passion for Mohs surgery. While managing two busy Mohs surgical teams, she demonstrated exceptional dedication by completing nursing school during evenings and weekends. Today, she enjoys building lasting relationships with patients while providing skilled surgical care throughout their treatment journey.
Outside of work, Jess enjoys expressing her creativity through crocheting and local art workshops. She also loves traveling and exploring new cultures, with favorite destinations including Honolulu, Reykjavik, and Edinburgh. At home, she enjoys spending time with her two cats, Peanut Butters and Mouse.
